Operations & Facility Manager for Arts Non-profit (FT 40 hours)
The Arts Council of Fayetteville/ Cumberland County seeks an experienced, results-focused Operations & Facility Manager. This is a career ladder opportunity, with the potential for noncompetitive advancement, once the criteria for promotion have been met.
Reporting to the Operations Director, this position provides day-to-day oversight for central support services, event planning and logistical support for festivals and events, technology administration, safety and security, facility maintenance, and custodial services. Work schedule is general business hours with on-call access during evening and weekend hours for scheduled events.

Position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to plan
comprehensively, set priorities and manage multiple deadline-driven projects efficiently. Candidate must be able to create an effective team-oriented work atmosphere. Previous work experience must demonstrate knowledge of organizational administration, workplace safety and security, and facilities management. Candidate must have the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
A bachelor's degree in business administration or in a related discipline is required. Must have a minimum of five years of senior level professional and supervisory experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for education and formal training. Experience in a non-profit organization would be a plus.
Salary commensurate with experience.
